Song fragments running through my stream of consciousness

Holiness
Holiness is what I long for
Holiness
Is what I need
Holiness
Holiness is what you want from me
Take my heart and form it
Take my mind and transform it
Take my will and conform it
To Yours, to Yours, Oh Lord!

God is good
God is good
All the time

...You gotta think about Noah,
under his umbrella
when there wasn't a cloud in the sky
People would laugh
at his pet giraffe
and they'd snicker when he'd walk by
....you gotta keep doing your best
pray that it's blessed
He'll take care of the rest

'Pet giraffe'? I thought it was 'Catchy raft'. Of course, I also thought Simon and Garfunkel were singing about 'silence like a cassarole'

Time to Dream, I'm thinking rafts and giraffe would each haveh a place on the Ark.
Thing Two is the Prince of mixed metaphors. My favorite was a couple of years back when he heard Sheryl Crow singing "I'm gonna soak up the sun." Being a child of the 90's, he screamed when she got to the part when she sang: "I've got my 45's on, so I can rock on."
"Ohmigod" he yelled, "she just said, I've got my 45 gun, so I can rock on!! Do they let people talk about guns like that on the radio??"
